Bis zum 10. März 2019 war am EPFL ArtLab in Lausanne die große Ausstellung zum Mittelalter-Philosophen Ramondus Lullus zu erleben. Februar in Lausanne im Rahmen eines internationalen Symposiums am EPFL Artlab vorgestellt. Zwei der über 20 originalen Textbeiträge des Katalogs reflektieren dabei Arbeitsweisen von John Cage und setzen sie in Verbindung zur „Llull’schen Denkmethode und künstlerischen Praxis“: Daniel Irgangs „Leibniz—I Ching—Cage: Blind Thinking and Chance Operations“ und Janet Zweigs „Ars Combinatoria: Mystical Systems, Procedural Art, and the Computer“.
